Recap: Trial College 2018
/The New Jersey Defense Association held its annual Trial College on October 8, 2018 at the new Cherry Street Family Court House in Elizabeth. It was another successful event, providing the attendees with a unique opportunity to develop their civil trial skills in a courtroom setting. The attendees had the opportunity to receive instruction from seasoned trial attorneys in small group settings. Their instruction focused on direct and cross-examination of expert witnesses. They also received hints and suggestions from a Superior Court Judge. The program received high marks from the attendees who appreciated the opportunity to experience a real courtroom setting.
