Summary

We are all looking forward to the opportunity to meet in-person again at the NJDA’s 58th Annual Convention at The Equinox Golf Resort & Spa in Manchester Village, Vermont.

This historic Green Mountain resort is the recipient of a 2023 Conde Nast Traveler Reader’s Choice Award for top resorts in New England. Their world-class recreational activities take you from the gently rolling hills of their golf course to mountain trails. Guests at The Equinox can enjoy lessons in fly fishing and shooting with Orvis’ trained instructors or explore the designer outlets, the local antiquing scene or the farmer's markets. Manchester Village is nestled at the foot of 3,816-foot Mount Equinox and has a tranquil old-world atmosphere with plenty of shopping and dining options.

We have a very exciting CLE program planned, which will offer 6.5 CLE credits. We will hear from esteemed panels of our members on ethical considerations for social media use, techniques for combatting plaintiff’s trial tactics, defense strategies for responding to rising claims of future medical expense, professional civility and responsibility, the emerging PFAS litigation threat and our annual civil case law update. Our Platinum Sponsor, Exponent, will provide a presentation on human factors and biomechanics.
