Held on Friday, December 9th, the New Jersey Defense Assocation held its first Appellate Practice Seminar at the APA Hotel Woodbridge. Topics included 1) Effective Appellate Representation, 2)Appeals from Final Judgments, Interlocutory Orders, Special Master Recommendations, and Federal Magistrate Judges, 3)What Should I Include in the Appendix?  Substantive Tips and Procedural Rules to Help You Create an Effective Record on Appeal, and 4)Oral Argument:  Ethical and Practical Considerations.
