On March 11, the NJDA presented an Insurance Coverage Seminar at the Hotel Woodbridge. Insurance coverage professionals and attorneys were invited to attend the program. Francis X. Garrity, Esq. gave a presentation on the fundamentals of insurance policy construction. Matthew A. Werbel, Esq. discussed the effects of fraud on insurance coverage determinations. Gerard H. Hanson, Esq. reviewed ethical issues arising out of the tripartite relationship. Based upon the positive feedback that was received from attendees, the NJDA expects to present seminars that focus on insurance coverage issues on a bi-annual basis.
