Recap: Auto Liability Seminar 2019

The annual NJDA/ICNJ Auto Liability Seminar held on November 26, 2019 was a great success with record breaking attendance of over 180 members of both associations.  The program featured presentations on Using a Biomechanical Engineer in Defending Against Injury Causation; Skills and Protocols for Evaluating Claims Alleging Spinal Injuries; Medical Expenses Recoverable Post-Haines and Ethics in the Automobile Liability Context.   We continued our annual food drive to support the Community Food Bank of New Jersey providing a virtual food drive option as well as collecting items at the seminar.
