Recap: Trial College 2019

The New Jersey Defense Association held its annual Trial College on October 14, 2019 at the Cherry Street Family Court House in Elizabeth. The Trial College provides the attendees with a unique opportunity to develop their trial skills in a courtroom setting. Plaintiff’s attorneys and Defense attorneys made up the panel of instructors guiding the attendees through the direct and cross-examination of a medical expert, and judicial perspectives, suggestions and guidance were provided by a Superior Court Judge. The program received high marks from the attendees who appreciated the courtroom setting and the valuable feedback from the instructors.
